Cancellation Policy

24+ Hours Notice
No charge. Reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours' advance notice.
Within 24 Hours
50% of the lesson rate is charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Same-Day Cancellation
The full lesson rate is charged for cancellations made on the day of the lesson.
Late Arrivals
Students who arrive late may join for the remaining lesson time. The full lesson rate applies — there are no partial refunds for late arrivals.

Payment Policy

Trial Lesson
The first lesson is a trial session charged at the regular lesson rate. It is non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
No Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances once a lesson has been confirmed.
No Makeup Lessons
There are no makeup lessons or credits for missed sessions, regardless of the reason for absence.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Zelle, QuickPay (Chase), monthly billing, and 10-lesson package purchases. Payments are due before or on the day of the lesson.

Our Safety Promise

Certified Instructors Only
Every Little Swimmers NYC instructor is fully certified, background-checked, and trained to the highest standards of water safety.
CPR & AED Ready
All instructors are certified in CPR, AED operation, and First Aid. Certifications are renewed annually.
Background Checks
Every instructor undergoes a thorough background check before joining our team. Your family's safety is non-negotiable.
Pool Requirements
We require that all pools be properly cleaned, chemically balanced, and at least 3.5 feet deep before any lesson takes place.

General Policies

Weather
Outdoor lessons may be rescheduled due to lightning or severe weather. Light rain is not a reason for cancellation.
Health & Illness
Please do not bring a sick child to a lesson. If your child is ill, contact us as early as possible; late cancellation fees may be waived for illness with prior notice.
Parent Participation
For infants and babies under 18 months, a parent or trusted adult must be in the water with the child at all times.
Lesson Changes
Changes to lesson format (e.g., switching from private to semi-private) require 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability and rate adjustments.
